2008 Primary Care Survey is available.This survey aims to identify the distribution of all primary care physicians, physician assistants, certified nurse midwives and nurse practitioners in the disciplines of family practice, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics and psychiatry in Addison, Chittenden, Franklin and Grand Isle Counties.
